Yup,and it is only making my phone decision so much harder ,because depending on the price they put on the HTC one,I will have to choose between the ultra ,the one ,the mini,the maxx(unlikely), and possibly the moto x..I don't know what to do...

Yes its an amazing device but it no where near impacts the tech world as much as you think. This is what we call an "S" upgrade in iPhone land.

Yeah. I'm excited for the 3RD gen the most. I expect THAT to be the major upgrade.

I don't see this as being a minor upgrade at all.

For example, these are the iPhone 4S's improvements on the iPhone 4:

• Added Siri
• Processor bump
• Camera bump

And the 2013 N7's improvements on the 2012 N7:

• Major processor bump
• Double the RAM
• Dual speakers
• Rear camera
• Thinner, lighter, and narrower
• More premium build

The differences are drastic.

Side by side screen comparison of the hisense s7 pro and the new nexus 7. It may not come through great in the picture but a pretty big difference. Both screen settings are exactly the same. And the n7 still has the factory plastic in it. I'm anal about my screen and it will stay on until I get a Zagg shield for it.
