So apparently with the new twitter update, it has now favorited a ton of random people. I basically get a notification and its quite annoying considering there is no way to turn it off except to wait for someone to tweet and go there to unfavorite

Just a suggestion, you might still want to discuss the matter with a lawyer to be on the safe side, especially if he keeps harassing you with phone calls.
Since the guy only has your cell phone number, though, it sounds like you are OK.

What blows my mind is that he used the phone and it was in working order. (I know that for a fact) and he agreed by giving me the money after using the phone for a bit. I did not imply any warranty so caveat emptor. He could have done anything to that device as far as I know and I won't be scammed. It is a good thing I used Craigslist anonymous email and met in a public place so he has no information. I even shut down the old cell number I was using so no more harassing texts since the police can't do anything about it.
Pretty sure I won't ever hear from him again. I think it is a pretty simple case and I would just represent myself if for some reason he wants to higher a private investigator and go to the trouble of trying to find me over a phone and all that I will happily go to court and defend truth!
Anyway, is anyone traveling for Christmas?
