[Chatter] "Where everybody knows your name ..."

Well. Sold my Galaxy Note 2 and let the guy check it out for as long as he needed. He seems to have the blank (handwriting) keyboard up and is saying it is broken. Says to give him money for some of it and he will sell the rest for parts. Craigslist has some scum on there for sure. Maybe he downloaded a virus lol, but I implied no warranty and he was able to look it over before purchasing. Now I have a headache of a dingbat to deal with. This guy only has my number, but I am pissed he is having buyers remorse or scamming me. Says he will sue for 500 for lost time. WTF! Should I head down to the police to at least file a report, or just not respond. This is why I don't sell stuff on Craigslist lol!

Personally, I would at least make a report to the police, or at least consult a lawyer.

I also agree with you that Craigslist is unreliable. Personally, I have never used Craigslist, for the very reason that I have heard bad seller stories like yours, and bad buyer stories.

Unfortunately, yes, it could come back to bite you. I feel sorry for you, man. It is because of the crap, like what you are going through, is the reason I only use EBAY and recommend it to my friends.
