I think if you do not agree to any new terms to a change in your plan like that you have that gives you the option to terminate the plan without penalty, or something like that. I read that some where when the possible end of unlimited data first was bring tossed around.

IF that day ever came then I wouldn't ever update an phone. If they tried to say they my phone was no longer able to operate on their network like they did when phones that were analog when switching to digital. It would be good bye vzw.
If all carries did it would be good bye smart phones.I don't think I'm alone in that thinking. Smartphones isn't a neccessarity in my life .
