We can, but don't recommend them. They work off memory effect, and weather never works like that. We recommend evolution equipment with modulating capability. The thermostat is such a small part of the picture.

Are there any Android apps for the thermostats you recommend?

I wish thermostats could make equipment better, but they just don't. One could put a Nest thermostat on a single stage Lennox, and the next person could put a house wise on a high end Bryant, and the owner of good equipment has the owner of the best thermostat beat every day of the week.

There are apps on Android and Apple for good equipment thermostats. You can monitor your house temp while you are gone, and adjust as needed. They can alert you to issues and you can program them to alert us!

The first thing that added years to human life is the automobile, the second? HVAC, has added 30 years to people's life's improving their comfort and air quality.

Well, you've answered my question! Basically I wasn't that interested in specific brands but wanted to know if there were apps for good equipment, not only thermostats, for a smart house. What you've described would be exactly what I'd want if I were buying a new HVAC system for a house.

Oh yeah, don't let a thermostat be the deciding factor. Make sure your equipment has a smart fan, and a smart gas valve. Nothing else will come close.

A good company will address any airflow issues and what not. Every corner of the house should feel fabulous.
