I actually got the 6.0.1 update on my Nexus 6 yesterday.

So far, I have only noticed a few minor changes.

One change I found was that clicking the power button twice brings up the camera app...although, I'm not really sure how useful that would be to me.

Have you noticed any other changes?

I just installed it a few minutes ago so haven't had the time to play with it yet.

That is the Black-White-Blue theme clock. Its easiest just to search for it by that name though the BW's clock themes.
If you search by typing the name you will need hyphens or dashes between the words as shown

I think in the DND settings the total silence setting might be new.
I thought they just use to have the option of Priority Only or Alarms only
