No steaks for me until summer break

I make a mean porterhouse tho. Charcoal grill, nothin but olive oil and a ton of salt and pepper for a seared crust.

Tonight its bud light and homework, and maybe a sandwich or something.

I know. I took the fiancee to a place called Andres in Naples--they cook it like they do at Peter Lugers (b/c Andre was a cook there for decades). So great. We ordered a medium (for her) and it was still rare.

For me though, I'm a blue guy.

Not quite. Was there with a bunch of guys for a birthday celebration and we saw that Roger Ebert, the movie critic, was sitting a few tables away. We drunkenly started pounding the table while chanting "Ebert! Ebert! Ebert!" He acknowledged our greeting and we stopped. The next day, the NY Post gossip page reported how the patrons at Lugers gave Roger Ebert a standing ovation.

To be clear, we were not standing nor applauding.
