I would mostly agree. Room temp, however, is a bit of a problem for me. The only way pizza makes it to room temp is if it sits out for a while. I begin to have health concerns at that point.

Damn...I feel like a flake. I know I was talking to one of you about jura coffee machines. I was gonna send you a bunch of swag. Conical grinder. Cleaning brush. Juras special driver. Cleaning tablets. Decalcifying tablets,and a cleaning solution that dissolves coffee grease. I was gonna snap pictures but major brainfart. Raise your hand!

Damn those machines were so easy to work on. I have some o-ring replacements for the brew group too. Also some food grade grease.

Edit: do gifs not work on tapatalk? Also, fork lifts and coffee machines? Those seem like two moderately dissimilar things.
