Damn yous', lol

The S3 has better hardware. The gnex is cheaper.

Also... chatter thread almighty is in what forum? :p

Surely, I jest :sly:

Also, also... just heard Eagles of Death Metal in a light beer commercial. That's not cool.

Really? What's it called so I can look up the specs

There was a story recently on the AC main page about the LG Nexus. The million-dollar question is whether Verizon will sell a version. The GSM version launches this month.

I agree with DM, apart from you buying a house. If you have the cabbage though, I agree the LG would be the right choice.

I tried to consider your bank account.

I may buy the LG off contract... IF it is what it is.... if that made sense.

Yup. Better processor, same amount of ram, much better screen tech, better software. Should be the bee's knees. ATT here I come!

I plan on it.

The Nexus 4 has less user storage than the SGSIII, which is an unfortunate step back. Battery is not removeable either which may be important to some users.

Having recently purchased a house, I fully understand. No worries on my end, dude.

Wow. Your home desk is stoopid fly Bonk.

Yup. The storage thing is a big deal, but it's not surprising if it's cheap (~399 off contract).

I do what I can. Pair of laptops, a netbook (kind of hidden to the left of my dual monitors) and the desktop. Brother laser multi and I don't even have enough space on the desk for the legit scanner (epson photo); it resides in the closet and requires a couple of USB extension cords to plug it in. I have a problem with buying tech products. Side note: the laptop all the way on the right is the woman's (hence the second computer chair).

I certainly don't need one, but could talk myself into one. :)

I cant afford or need a 3rd phone for myself.
If I could convince my brother to purchase a few "company phones" since that would only be 5 phones(for the office personal) total.
I mostly likely wont be able to convince him tho.I hope the Nexus and S3 both have awhile of devlopers support still left.I certainly am not going to sign a new contract to purchase one so it would have to be a direct purchase. So I'm temporary stuck with the phones I have.:)

The Galaxy Nexus should have developer support for quite a while. I was worried about the Verizon SGSIII, but after the unlocked bootloader was leaked, developer interest has surged. I can move off Verizon next year, so unlocked GSM phones from the Play Store may be my next move.

I don't think I can wait long enough to see if the LG nexus will be part of the VZW family. This thing is killin me! Yeah. It works. Has good battery life. I have a good signal. But it's boring! I'm off to Craigslist.

I'm so desperate that I was looking at the LG intuition and the razr maxx

Don't sweat it NiN, you don't need tech to be a cool cat, you already are. Just enjoy the part of your life you are currently in, and, the next phase will be come eventually. Then you can have all the gadgets and control you want.
