We've got Los Cuatros Amigos. They have something called the mocojete. I think I spelled it right. It is a lava bowl with chorizo, chicken, steak and a pork chop on top for good measure. Quite amazing. Its so hot that by the time you get half way, the juices are still bubbling in the bowl.
