[Chatter] "Where everybody knows your name ..."

Oh, I get the keys to my new place tomorrow.

Henceforth, I WILL be video chat requesting Ian randomly at odd hours of the night. ;-)

I'm so happy with this post, I can't even express it. And I'm even happier that I effing bailed without a goodbye. Don't worry, if there is such thing as karma, the violence to my face made things balanced again.

There's no shame in a good old Irish Goodbye ;)

why doesn't MS get together with the ISP's and such and create a "Pro Gamers Package" or something to that extent that is of higher quality speeds that are promised and those paying for this type of gaming package via a combined effort of MS and the ISP's are rewarded with gaming only with players using this same connection.

The idea is nice, but ISPs and Microsoft have no need to do anything. Game developers can easily code filters into their games to weed out the ones with the bad connections. Halo CE: Anniversary can do this just fine, it's a nice feature, but one I rarely use, as I am on one of those "economy" packages you speak of. :P

Lol. You were acting very much like one of my friends. Disturbingly similar.

Trust me I'm not bashing anyone for having the economy package.. I ran with that for about 3 years while times were rough... It's great for every day internet surfing, streaming video, normal gameplay.. I do remember whenever I did get host connection on Gears my friends were like "oh crap, Paul's got host get ready to lag... LOL"

They were right by saying so too because really the economy package (as Comcast calls it) was like 1 meg down and 500 kbps upload.. Horrible for more game play especially when your supporting 9 other players in a match off your connection...

Anyways,... Sorry if that original statement came out the wrong way as that wasn't my intentions... I've ran basic/economy internet myself for a few years and it works but in the long run it does suck when you put it up against the average 4-5 meg down and 2-3 meg up and that's even considered slow compared to most today...

I can't believe I'm using a stock, unrooted Gingerbread Sense setup. It even has the old Market on it. :D

So whos getting an iPhone 5? I might just for the fun of it and then sell it for more than I paid for when they go out of stock everywhere.

That or take it to the nearest Apple store and in front of the long line of waiting customers try to sell it off like scalped tickets lol.

At least one coworker here is going to get it.Also my sister-in-law may get one but that wont be to Jan.
I'm not LOL

4g coverage has expanded here I now get 4g at work .Its just a very small area in the work area tho.

You guys and your 4g...I'm stuck on Virgin. Both Verizon and AT&T have my area covered in 4G though, I plan to switch at some point.
