Yeah I had an Z28 that the battery died in could see that from the voltage gage.Anyhoo once the battery got low and showed the voltage needle pegged in the negative charging range for awhile It started not only loosing stereo and lights but misfiring too.Barely made it home, and yes I turned off stereo

This is the only way I drive.

And I don't believe in windshield wipers lol

Edit: once I have a stereo installed, there is also a secondary battery that helps me along.

The truck contains the largest engine I've ever owned by far.

My Altima battery lasted through some brutal winters. But I'm sure it didn't hurt that I had one of these beasts in the trunk lol

Reminds me of when I lived in Philly my senior year at Temple. My roommate had one of those older diesel Mercedes Benzes and he needed to keep the block warm. What'd we do? We bought 6 extension cords, 6 connectors, parked it around the block and then plugged it into our living room. LOLOL
