Where can I find the mako build?

Go to goo.im, search under devs for Roman, you should see his mako folder with the 12/8 build. I used the standard 11/30 gapps as well.

Just stock one, I believe that's what's in the aokp build as well. Thing is fast enough I see no need for custom kernels at this point unless it's for battery reasons, but that's been fine too, IMO
