[Chatter] "Where everybody knows your name ..."

That certainly sounds interesting. I'll have to keep it in mind.

Or Backup my factory settings, run AOKP for a while, and when I know they're coming to get the tablet just switch to my "factory" nandroid.

Am I the only one that likes some weight on my phones?

I like the way the note 2 feels pretty big, has nice weight to it... But I also love the feel of the iPhone 5 that aluminum so thin and incredibly light, but I can appreciate both

I love the weight on my Evo, and I love the light weight on my one v. So yes both are good, I just prefer the weight on this one :p but yes light and slightly heavy are both great.

Btw, anyone getting an the HTC one?

I plan to pick up a One and an S4 as soon as it's financially viable... but who the hell knows when that'll be.

Great small Italian restaurant dinner. Fennel Caesar with a slightly sweet garnish on top of a nice dressing, spaghettini, and a creme brulee for dessert.

After listening to all the back and forth bickering over The One verses the S4 I'm gonna go buy a dumb phone and laugh at all of you ....

Weight is good, but also build quality and balance. My step-daughter has a 10" Viewsonic tab. It's HEAVY, creaky, and not terribly well-balanced. Doesn't feel that great in the hand. My old Blackberry Pearl 8130 had some heft for it's size. It was solid at first but developed some creakiness... but still felt pretty good. My Gnex feels ok, but plasticy. The extended battery (extra thickness and weight) certainly helped it feel better in the hand. Wifey's iPhone (4s) feels pretty good too (tiny as heck compared to the Gnex).

I guess it's all pretty subjective. Creaky/flexy/off balance turn me off though. Weight is less of an issue then balance is (for me).

.... and re-reading this I sound way more fussy then I actually am. I just know what feels great in the hand. The N7 for example... slightly heavier then I thought it would be, but solid and well balanced. I find it feels slightly top-heavy in portrait but after flipping it 180 degrees, it STILL felt top-heavy. I guess I'm holding it wrong :P
