So...I've decided I'm going to return my Dell XPS 13 and get a Macbook Air (*Gasp*)
Turns out it would be $50 cheaper, for a comparable MBA (Spec-wise), and I wouldn't have to deal with Windows 8 (Awful scaling and dodgy trackpad gestures).
Also noticed my current laptop makes a very quiet whine when the backlit keyboard is on, which is very noticeable when I'm in a quiet place

Even though the holiday weekend was 3 days long for me,it still went by like 2 days .

Due to a crazy situation at work, I didn't go back on Tuesday, or Thursday, or even Friday, which meant...I got to spend my thirtieth anniversary with my lovely wife!
Dinner with friends, more people dropping by, and a grandson visit. It really couldn't have been better!
