Awesome!

I just got a Nexus 6, myself!

So far, I'm loving it!

Same here. Unfortunately I have to wait for a SIM, I don't like going to the VZW store to get anything! But I'm using it on wifi, and I really like it. The sound from the speakers is pretty amazing, and the device itself runs so quick and smooth, as was to be expected of course. My Note 4 might end up taking a backseat for a while!

When I got my pre-owned Moto X, I had to get a new SIM. My Lumia 920 uses a microSIM, so I needed a nanoSIM. I did have the AT&T rep call me and leave a voicemail while I was at the store. I've had issues with visual voicemail not working in the past when I've switched devices, and I ended up needing to call AT&T about it. It worked fine when I was at the store.

Cool!

Ya...it was the amazing sound from the speakers and the resolution of the screen that sold me one the Nexus 6.

When I played around with my friend's Nexus 6, I was amazed that the speakers were actually just as good as the speakers on the HTC M8.

Also I agree that the Nexus 6 is much faster and snapper than the HTC M8.

Good to hear you had a nice experience. I've had some bad experiences in the corporate VZW store near me, and this was nothing I need done right away. So I'm happy to get the SIM delivered. It will be here Monday.

I've been testing an iPhone 6+ for the past two months. Great device and OS in lots of ways, and lacking for my wants in other ways. I've loved my Nexus devices in the past, and I found this one on Swappa for a great price so I jumped on it. We like to have a backup device in the house in case we need something, and it's my excuse for getting new devices every 6 months or so.

The folks in the AT&T store know me well. They don't even bother me, but just let me play with any phones I want to play with. They'll help me right away if I ask for help. I've been a regular customer since it was Cingular and always gone to that store.

I agree the Nexus 6 is much better then the old Galaxy Nexus (vzw model) :)
Speaking of the old Galaxy Nexus some trivia:
Actually this originally begin and was started ,by zero neck at the suggestion by davey11 because of the old Galaxy Nexus, and has progressed into the thread it is today :)

zero neck at that time was an Ambassador but then they was called Advisers

It's true. I've been here (sporadically) since the early days.

Cool

I just went back through the posts, and read some of the original posts.

Chatter, chatter! What is the word! Dropped my note 4, so the volume button is messed up (in a good case mind you) when I turn the volume up, it is fine, but if I press volume down, even for a second, it continuous on with out my help, all the way down! Lol! And I don't have insurance ha ha. Any way, my work phone (s5) and iPad are good, along with the nexus and nooks....all this tech! Between you and me, I could throw it all out the window for a good long summer! Hope all is well, and cheers.
