My Linux User Group meeting was fun!

The topic was the OpenShot video editing app, which happens to be cross-platform (it's available for Linux, Windows, and Mac OS X). The presenter did a demonstration of OpenShot, which looks really easy to use.

I've always been interested in still photography, but I've never done anything with video. I might give OpenShot a try. When I get a working MXPE back, that would be a perfect opportunity, since I'll want to use the video camera just to ensure that it works.

BTW, I got an email from FedEx that a MXPE will arrive on Tuesday. Hopefully, it won't be a brick. The folks at the Linux Group meeting were flabbergasted when I told them how I got a refurbished brick last Friday.

Happy Friday ChatterHeads :)

I wish weather would make up its mind
Wednesday was warm highs in 70's degree range
Thursday was cold and rainy , barely made to 60 degrees
Friday on the road back to spring like temps

Good Luck, hopefully it wont be a brick.
Their QC (Quality control) dept should have caught that ,so should not have happened in the first place
Yup,, I use to work in quality control :D at my old job
Actually I was "quality control" as I was the only one doing those inspections, etc
Nothing went out the door that wasn't in specs, somethings had to be re worked that I caught while inspecting .
I was ruthless hahaha

There aren't my pictures. My local news channel posted these on Twitter a little while ago. Bad accident on I-76 here in Colorado. The one Semi drove through the trailer of the over turned semi.

Hello chatterinos!
Hello Monday!
Lets begin our journey into this week.
May your God, or Gods, help you get through this week without any incident or harm.
Now, go out there and enjoy life!

I received a properly working MXPE finally! :)

The one that was a brick due to improper being FDR without removing original owner's Google account arrived unbricked, so I got it set up.

I hope this one doesn't die on me.

That's Great :)
That one hopefully will not have issues for you for the life of the phone.

Wow that looks awesome. Hopefully I will have something like this in the future.

Thanks! It really is. And I got here by being right where you are. Looking at pictures of setups and going "If only I could have something even half as good as that." A few years later and here I am. What I mean is. You'll get there, but it might take a little time.
