Chinese Android Head unit Update

Hi,
Looks like this is a popular subject. I have a generic Chinese Android 11 head unit and was trying to get an update. I've watched the youtube videos and get lost in all technical speak and the prospect of turning the unit into a mobile brick. Is there a simple way to get an update or someone who maybe has done all the complicated stuff?
I've attached a photo of the model etc. I'd really appreciate the assistance.

Updates have to be developed and pushed out by the manufacturer -- there's no generic update you can use to update any given device. No-name or off-brand devices never get any updates (that's why they're so cheap).
