Question Problem while changing boot logo for my car android head unit.

I recently brought a Chinese brand android head unit. Its a TS9 based on android 12. when I go to factory settings and click on dedicated logo settings then i am getting an error "Import logo files first".i have seen a lot of youtube videos and its supposed to show different logos when clicking on dedicated logo settings but its not the case with my head unit. I want to change the boot logo for the head unit so any help would be appreciated.

Unless the unit itself has those logos already loaded up, what you are seeing in the videos is probably custom-made logos that have to be transferred to the unit somehow (a specific folder, specific format, etc.).

I was thinking the same, but I have no clue how to do that.

You'll have to get instructions for your particular unit, I'm afraid. I would say it should be something easy as plugging it into a computer and finding the right folder, but can't speak as to which files and format you'd need to place and if that folder is that 'easy' to find.
