Chrome pop-up menu is low contrast – black on dark grey[Solved]

SOLVED. (I can't seem to edit the post title, to add "solved" there.)

I have a Pixel 6 Pro, and when I use Chrome (Version 97.0.4692.98), the context menu often has very low contrast colours:

Any way to fix?

Does that also happen in Safe Mode?

Update: If I force stop and restart, the problem goes away. And it happens rarely enough that this is a good enough solution.
