Chrome Windows/Android bookmarks never sync

Hello to everyone

Have a simple but annoying problem of long term of love, hate between windows and Android, specifically chrome on both platforms never they both talk each other I mean the bookmarks of my chrome on Android never have sync with chrome in
chrome Windows 10 even have disable and deactivated the sync on my phone and even factory reset but never could make that my bookmarks on my phone and in my computer chrome get in sync , my phone is a Huawei mate 10 pro with Android 9 but even with Android 8 which came this phone with never worked chrome sync with their pair on Windows or even IOS devices Google chrome .

Any help would be appreciated

By the way I have done factory reset and haven't fixed my problem of sync

Are the bookmarks in your mobile Chrome browser all saved to the Mobile Bookmarks folder? If so, I don't think those sync with your desktop Chrome -- they're meant as a place to save bookmarks on the phone only. In your phone's Chrome app, tap Menu>Bookmarks -- does it say Mobile Bookmarks at the top of the screen? If so, tap the left-pointing arrow to the left of that, to get to the main Bookmarks screen. Do you see other Bookmarks folders there, and if so, are they filled with the bookmarks synced from your desktop Chrome?

Try signing out of everything. Then, confirm Google sync is configured correctly. Sign back into the same account on the multiple devices. Good luck
