Chromecast Issue...??

I don't see this often on my Galaxy Note 5. My Wife's Note 5 & my Parents's S7's however, they keep getting these notifications that can't be stopped or swiped away. They don't even have Google Cast installed or stream audio/video! Does anyone else have this issue or know how to stop it? Thanks!

It's not a chromecast issue. It's a glitch with the new update on Facebook app. If you long hold the notification it goes to Facebook. Force stop the app and it goes away until you watch a video in the Facebook app and presto, appears again. Hope they fix it soon, very annoying.
Update: I see a new update is available. Don't know if it fixes the issue or not.

It appears that the latest update to Facebook corrects this issue. I have yet to see that message in my notifications since updating.
