After a full day trying to get my chromecast working with the asus RT-N65U router( had to switch off the firewall in the router) it worked like a charm.
But whenever I unplug it and put it in another TV. The chromecast isn't recognized in the network anymore. I mean, I can still see it in the connected clients on the settings page from the router, but both my tablet and phone don't see the device in the network.
The same happens whenever I shut down the chromecast and turn it on again. The only fix is keeping the chromecast always on through the charger or rebooting the router multiple times.
Can this be fixed or will I have to wait for an update?
