Chromecast notification

I'm not casting anything but I'm getting a notification "Cast device not connected" with a play and X but I can't get rid of it.

I've been getting this too for the past number of days. Do you have Facebook installed? It's Facebook causing it - as soon as I play a video on FB, the same thing comes up on my phone. I just go to applications manager and force stop FB. I was a beta tester for FB and stopped that and haven't had it come up since.

I ended the beta and I just got it again.

It's happening on my phone and my sister's. Neither of us are beta testers.

I ended the beta and I just got it again.

I had the same thing happening on my s7. The only way I got it to stop was to join the fb beta. When it did the beta update it stopped.
