Chromecast- "Screen Cast" now active on G2

For those using Chromecast, the G2 is officially able to use the new screen cast feature that Chromecast just updated yesterday. Works quite well from what I've tried.

Just got the update myself. Had to reboot the chromecast from within the app to get audio to work on videos, but now it's perfect.
Hard to believe something this cool is only $35. Well worth it.

Love it. Works great but once in a while my Chromecast doesn't show up in the app. Either way, everything seems to work great but haven't tried any games yet.

I can mirror my screen but it's really laggy, like ten second lag. Rebooted. Reinstalled. Not sure the problem.

Same issue here with a Sprint G2. Factory reset didn't help either..

I'm now using CloudyG3 with the same issue. It all works fine on a 2013 Nexus 7 so it has something to do with my phone.

It's still in Beta mode now isn't it? If so, odds are you'll just have to wait for them to do some updates and cross fingers it fixes things.

not working with my g2... only sound is coming no video... cast screen no use, any setting i have to do?
