Circular App Drawer

[AC Question]

Can anyone tell
me why this circular app drawer shows up in the bottom corner from my lock screen? Always seems to happen when I'm trying to answer a call or silence my alarm. But I can't recreate the situation when I try......crazy annoying!

Thanks Mike. Figured it out...was a feature of ES File Explorer. Disabled it.
