Clarification on Location--> "Use Wireless Network"

How much do you guys think it affects battery power if I click and leave "Use Wireless Networks" under "Location" menu? (Provided I have "Network Always On" unchecked).

It warns me that data might be collected even when apps are not running? How much do you think that happens (to a degree where it'd affect battery)?
How many people manually turn on that option to find location, then turn it off, each time?

I haven't noticed a huge battery drain at all.

it wont drain your battery, i have had it checked since the beginning
