clash of clans problem

After i downloaded new update of clash in loading screen it say downloading content and restart game and supercell logo appear ....
What is problem with this.
I'm on Nexus 5 running 4.4.4

Yup i tried clear data clear cache uninstall and reinstall but it says downloading content and restart app...
U know how i can fix it ?????

The only thinkg I can think of now is an uninstall and re install.

you can reinstall ur game data wont be lost..
