Class 10 micro sd

I am sure it can use the class 10. The real question is, however, will you use it? Is it worth the large price difference? I would go with a six. It's fast enough, and not nearly as expensive.

Unfortunately, it appears that the evo does not play nice with micro SD 10. all kinds of file transfer errors and files just disappearing/skipping on playback. tried all formats and double checked that card works with PC. I would stick with 6 or 4. I am thoroughly irked:mad: Could it be allocation size? probably not as I went with standard.:(

Scratch that last comment. Don't buy micro SD (or any other electronics) off of Amazon vendors if you do not have time to return it. This thing is shot. EVO FOREVER:cool:

I have had a Micro SD class 10 card in my Evo 4G for a few months now and works GREAT. I havent seen any problems. Mine was worth the buy cause it only cost me $25. @ Bestbuy. Bestbuy had them in their system as 8gb cards instead of 10gb so they had to sell it to me for the 8gb price so, lucky me.

I got a 16gig PNY class 10 from newegg for something like $27. It works well and when I do an sd speed test on it it's mighty fast. I will say though that I had initially some trouble with switching out the cards. This was probably because I had a serious ton of apps and my impatience for what amounts to buggy usb transfer speeds. I initially thought my card was bad because it was transferring so slow from the computer to the card. Tried the wifi transfer but that just bugged it out. I ended up having to just do a fresh install.

here it is, 29.99 now. still great for the money. looks like it's out of stock but that looks like it happens a lot. was sold out the day after I bought mine and then when I went to check the next day (2 days after I got mine) it was back in stock.
