Cleaning my sd card?

I was downloading Dungeon Defenders and it said i needed more room on my sd card.will simply connecting my phone to my pc,mounting it,right click and delete,erase some junk? or..

Yes that's one way or you can do it from your phone with a file manager app like Astro.

Much easier to do on the computer than trying to play with Astro.
