Hey guys, cleanrom has been updated with fixes that many carriers have received and others will be getting soon. The main thing is the capacitive buttons are much more sensitive than out of the box. Also, the Rom gets rid of the black bar if you want. It's a good stable Rom based on stock and perfect for the ATT one. The dev is cool as ever and frequent updates. I wouldnt flash a custom kernel with 2.5 yet because the camera app may have issues. But no issues on stock kernel at all. Check it out.

Nice to see you around again, Scott. Thanks for all the hard work you do. I've sure appreciated it with my Note 2 a ton. Now with the HTC One, when I found out I had to put a rom on my phone to be able to get my Medialink to work, I was pretty angry. The first one to come to mind was yours and I'm glad you chose to make one. Again, much appreciated sir.
I'm going to try to restore it with the leaked RUU after a few things didn't work right. Just to report in to you, Play Movies and TV works to navigate and stuff, but whenever I try to play anything I get a persistant error 31 I didn't have before flashing. No idea if your rom is causing this or not, in all fairness. The other thing is TV Remote doesn't work. I realize there may not be much you can do about it, however if you get it working again that would be awesome. If I come about another reason to root a device you can be sure yours will be the first rom I think of.
Thanks for everything you do. I'm honored to be a part of a community with such a dedicated, classy, intelligent developer.

Hey man. Been used your ROM on the S3 and not on the One. Fantastic. I don't have enough posts on xda to post in the dev section. But you are the man. I'll be sending a donation this week.

Come on over HERE and post , We welcome all

I have been loving this rom since I installed it. How do you update the rom? Do you have to wipe and reflash?

I had 2.0 and just dirty flashed 2.5 on it...wiped cache and dalvik and no issues.

Did you remove the 3 dot bar from the bottom? I can't get to the menu in FB with the back button hold...

Just saw that the developer has stopped developing this ROM for the HTC One. So there will be no more updates unless he decides to come back. It's still the best ROM out there right now for the AT&T branded one and I'll be sticking with it until I see something else more stable with more features. Also pairing it with a custom kernel works great. Good luck guys.

Make sure you enable it in settings>display.

Good to know. What kernel are you using? I actually know nothing about installing a custom kernel.

I'm using stock now. There were some issues with the camera and custom kernels on 2.5. I did see that someone posted a fix for the camera but I haven't had time to test it. I am typically only interested in custom kernels for control over the CPU to prolong battery life and better performance. But I get great battery life with greenify so a custom kernel will need to provide more for me to really care about flashing them as I used to. On 2.0 I was using Bulletproof. I'll keep an eye on that one for new features.

WOW thank you so much for this ROM. Literally the 2 things I hated about the HTC One was the capacitive button light not working, and not having the battery % and you fix both. A+++ and again thanks a bunch bud

Well since this thread the developer ditched the One for the S4 so there won't be any more development on it. You should give Android Revolution a try. Since this posting, it surpases clean rom in performance and features. Try it out.

Is there a version of CleanROM available for international (non-AT&T) devices? I checked it out on the AT&T section and it looks fantastic.

I believe he just made it for AT&T. It's a good ROM but since he stopped developing for it, I wouldn't recommend it. It's still on 4.1.2. It's a nice clean ROM that removes bloat and pre rooted but it doesn't offer all the features and additions that ARHD or TrickDroid offer a long with pairing with custom kernels.

Check out android revolution, trick droid, and venomone. All for the international and they are all great Roms.
