Clear cache in Navigation and Latitude?

In looking at the settings for Navigation and Latitude to clear the cache whereas it reads that you must go to system settings to do so. I do not see the two above mentioned listed in Manage Apps with ALL apps selected so why aren't they listed there and how does one clear the cache of those 2 apps?
