I've tried uninstalling updates and letting it automatically reinstall the update. That fixed it missing apps I do have installed.

Cache and data and defaults have been cleared too but still Market shows Media Hub, Sprint Football Live and TeleNav GPS Navigator under Not Installed.

Yup, not only are they not installed, they're not on the phone, except in SDX's backup on the SD card.

I'm running Gingerbread rooted with kernel-GB-3.tar.md5, ACSRecovery1.0.0.5.zip, su-3.0-efgh-signed.zip, and ei22-nociq-signed.zip

Aside from those mods, removing several factory apps are the only changes.

I just tried installing media hub but it won't launch, just quits with an FC twice in a row. Uninstall it and it goes back into the not installed list.

I have File Expert installed with SU permissions enabled and root explorer turned on, so I can go anywhere in the filesystem I need to to hunt down and eliminate whatever is keeping those three apps listed in My Apps. I just don't know what to delete and where to find it.

I have never used SDX's app removal program because I've always removed my unwanted bloat, etc via Root Explorer or ES File Explorer or just pulled it out of the ROM zip before flashing. Chances are SDX's app removal doesn't completely remove it from the installation list or something... That is about all I can come up with.. If you remove these apps how I do as described it removes it completely....
