Clearing out junk

Scrolling through ASTRO, I'm noticing a lot of folders and files that appear to be leftovers from apps I've gotten rid of over the past year. I'm hesitant to just start deleting stuff willy-nilly and it's a bit too time consuming to do it anyway. Is there any utility out there like Windows has that will clean this stuff up...or help identify stuff that I can clear out without bricking or screwing up my phone?

And it just occurred to me this thread doesn't necessarily HAVE to be in the NS4G section...so if someone feels the need to move it, that's fine.
