clicking noise when typing or texting

Can anyone please help me ive tryed everything i cant stop my phone clicking when im writing
Help is needed

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Language & Input, and tap the settings icon next to the keyboard you use (the icon looks like a slider or a gear). There should be settings there for "Sound on Keypress" and "Vibrate on Keypress."
