Clipboard issue - only last copy available - no history?

I've noticed with the clipboard it seems to not keep anything other than the very last copy. With my Droid 2 it kept a history and I could either choose "Paste" or "Paste from Clipboard" - the latter of which would open the clipboard and show everything I've ever copied to it and gave the option to clear the clipboard. Not so with the S3 though when I look up the S3's clipboard online it says it retains the history and even shows a picture where you can drop it down and see everything copied to it, both text and images etc. Am I doing something wrong?

Hiya guys. Can someone at least confirm this for me? Open up a memo app and write two separate sentences, then copy each one separately and try to paste and see if you have anything other than just "Paste" (which is the last sentence you selected). Thanks.

I don't have an s3 to check but the behavior you described must have been added by Motorola because it isn't part of the standard Android experience.

Try Clipper from the Play Store. It should archive your last dozen or so clippings.

On the keyboard at the bottom left in between 123 sym and the spacebar there should be a gear type thing for settings. If you hold it down you will see a folder with a paper clip. Click it. That's the clipboard.
