Cliq will not pass the Moto bootloader screen

Hi, I am a tmobile employee we just started a new store and I am setting up demo units. one of the cliqs i have to demo is not loading past the initial startup with the moto m on it. I am under the understanding that this is from another store and is unreturnable to corperate due to time constraints. my guess is someone screwed up rooting the phone but i am unsure. I am unfamiliar with moto android phones as i use htc can anyone assist me in unbricking the phone

just try holding the volume down button when you turn it on and then wipe the phone and reformat and maybe flash a new verison
