Clock alarm is force closing.

Wipe the data from that app (Settings/app/clocks) and then wipe your cache (in recovery).

You understand...
That wiping is literally %100 completely useless if you're going to restore system data, right?
You're wiping it out and then restoring it.
Pointless.
That is NOT a clean install.
It's the exact same as a dirty flash.

Full wipe. And restored all system data

THIS x10000. Absolutely no point in doing a full wipe if you restore system data. Never restore system data, period.

Thanks for pointing that out to my dumb ass haha.

Should I wipe and restart with no system data? My phone is running fine... coming from Paranoid Android

Okay. Just did. But why did I need to if it was running fine?

Because it wasn't running fine? You said you were having issues with the alarm clock.. I'd imagine other issues would crop up eventually anyway, especially given that you not only restored system data, but system data from one ROM to a different one, lol. Never, ever a good idea :)

Read my TiBu guide if you haven't, should help you realize the best, quickest process to use TiBu to restore your apps+data, without system data. The extra bit of time you have to spend by not restoring system data you will make up for in stability, as well as times like this when you have to go and re-wipe again because issues came up.
