clock app icon missing

I have a Samsung note 3 and while my alarms are working I'm not seeing the icon in my apps. I've reset into safe mode n back again. I've looked in app manager and see it but cannot click/unclick show notifications. I added the option to add an alarm to the home screen as a widget which is my only access to the app right now. How do I restore it back for full access to the app?

Welcome to Android Central! When you open your App Drawer, you don't see Clock listed there? If there are any folders in your App Drawer, look in the Samsung folder, or a System folder (if present). Or change the sorting mode in the App Drawer to A-Z, and then see if it shows up.

If you're talking about that light blue app that has the hour hand at 10, the minute hand at 2 and the second hand at 6, look in the app drawer for Clock.
