Clock displaying above notification

[AC Question]

Suddenly (don't know what I did) the lock-screen has the clock displayed on top of the upper notification, thus making it impossible to quick access this notification through tapping on it. Previously the first notification was displayed beneath the clock.

Any idea how to restore things to how they were before. Galaxy S7 Android 6.0.1.?

check in settings>apps>configure apps>draw over other... change your clock setting to off
