Clock wrong and internet not working?

Yesterday morning my Galaxy S5's clock started displaying the incorrect time. Right now it is 9:13am and it shows 10:24am. Also Chrome is not working and if I use an app that uses data or wifi it will not send info. Example: Snapchat I cannot send pics, I get an error, but apps like Instagram or Facebook work fine.

I have reset many times, removed the battery for a while, switched to airplane mode. Not really sure what else to do?
 
Look in the date and time settings and see if you have automatic checked, if not enable it. Or try setting your time and timezone manually.
