Clockwork Mod Recovery help PLEASE!

Ok i accidently updated my clockwork mod on my optimus v to 3.2.0.1 and no im getting the amend scripting error when trying to flash a .zip with rom manager is there any way to downgrade back down to 2.5.0.7 or whatever there was before the scripting problem?

dont flash roms with rom manager. the ONLY reason u should ever use it is to download a version of clockwork mod. power down ur handset hold vol down + home + power to boot into recovery mode and flash a zip that way.
