Cloneing a Samsung Galaxy S

I have a samsung galaxy S that i would like to try to clone to another phone, (another galaxy s). The phone was already used once before as the phone i am trying to clone but its not activated anymore. By cloneing it to the active phone will i be able to see the calls and text messages made on the active phone? Will they go to the cloned phone as well as the active phone?
