Cloning the OS (settings, apps etc) from one Android device to another

Hi, is there a way to clone the entire OS from an Android device to others?

At the moment I need to manually set up multiple Android devices so that clients use them for a certain purpose and only use one app. I'd appreciate all help to make this workflow more efficient Thanks!

Not that I Know of. You need to be a engineer for software my guess.

For the "use only 1 app", use a kiosk app - there are many in Play.

For cloning them, this article may help. You'll have to set 1 up, back it up, then restore all the others. And they all have to be set to the same Google account.
