haha. I was in London with my iphone 4 last month (AT&T), with a $50 international data plan, and by the end of the FIRST day I got a text saying I had exceeded my data plan and to put the phone on airplane mode immediately. Fortunately I had a BlackBerry with me and switched pronto. The bill was $800!!! Eeek! Fortunately the bill has been adjusted. Next time I'm going with my N1 and will pick up a local sim @ Heathrow.
I think Phil will have a massive bill :O

You never told us what plan you have and if you used Wi-Fi at all etc...

If you are using ONLY data roaming My guess is $13,755.60 i:)i

If you used Wi-Fi or bought a local pre paid plan then my guess is maybe $90

I say $0.00 roaming to AT&T, you bought a local carrier Sim or you use the many WiFi spots (and the conference wouldn't have WiFi?) I spent 3 weeks in Europe last September with 3 days in Barcelona and my AT&T bill was $0 since I did my calling on Google Voice (I setup a mere $10 in my sccount) and stayed in touch with family that way.

$2,250. There is so much going on that I think data usage will be up there a bit.
