Hey guys is there anything out there that can sync my photos and videos kind of like webos dies when u make a Facebook account. I would like all my photos and I guess I cab use amazon or Google music for mp3

I don't know if you use Google Plus but it syncs all of your pix and vids.

I'm not sure what you are asking for. I'll tell you that if you have a Google+ account, there is an instant upload feature available for pictures and video. You can set it to wait until you are on wifi if you want. It will save everything to Google+ when it's taken. For pictures, that really means it uploads to Picasa automatically. For video, that really means it uploads to YouTube. They are private by default.

Also, anything sycned is also available on any of your devices via the cloud.

You don't have to use your Google+ account, but I like it so I do use it.

Hmmm I don't really use Google plus. I guess I'm looking for somethin like y wifes iPhone. Ew I said it. Something like icloud. Though I never have used it. I just hear everyone talking bout how they don't care about the no sd card but how is everyone streaming

Is Google plus uploading fine on anyone else's nexus. I can't get it to work on mine for some reason. Any ideas?

Drop box is a cloud and it is good for transferring files.

Picasa by Google and you can also store you pictures in the "cloud" and sync them to your phone.

Yes. You can download the picasa app and it can retrieve all your pics and download them on your phone. You can also set it up that every new picture syncs back to picasa keeping everything in sync.

Thanks! I was just wondering how I was going to go about getting my pics off my OG droid without using my computer. Super easy all my pics are almost in the cloud.

I too have been wondering about cloud stuff. I thought I'd heard before the phone came out that all of the pics and stuff on your phone would be automatically synced with "the cloud". Sounded cool. I guess the cloud is picasa?

I just DLed the "picasa tool" app on my nexus and Og droid. Logged in with my Google info and uploaded everything from the OG. I am now looking at all of my pictures taken with my OG on my nexus. Super easy

Looks like you can upload and view all your photos with the Google+ app thats already on the Gnex.

im going to look into picasa, but just curious does it sync all the phones on ur phone to your account? and at full res.

i like the idea of instant upload on google+ but honestly i dont use it at all and dont want that up there. especially if i start taking like crappy and blurry photos. since i no longer have an SD card to back things up, would be able to have my photos sync at full res so i can download on my laptop or later back onto the phone. oh and it needs to be private, dont want people looking through my

yea im doing it now, syncing all my photos to google+. i hope they go high res.

You can set them as private. You can set google+ to automatically upload or not. Upload with picasa or +, it all goes to the same place.

I was one of the lucky that started using Picasa a long time ago and it integrated perfectly into what it is now aka Google+

Google music=cloud; Google+ can be used as cloud only for pics and vids. Wayyyyyy more than 5gigs.
