CM6 and new Facebook

New Facebook app is out...

I tried installing it and no luck "Installation unsuccessful"

Im guessing this is because im using the Modified FB for CM6... *the one were FB Sync works*

So Anyone mess with the APK yet to make it workable for us CM6 folk?

Uninstall your current FB app and go back to the market. I'm assuming you have the hack Facebook for CM6.

On CM6 you need the Hacked FB for sync to work...

I retract my previous statement... Took me a while but i found the INFO i needed...

be careful with this new version of Facebook. people are reporting that it is keeping the phone from going to "sleep". it was doing it on my phone until i turned off the syncing. just a heads up... if you see your battery draining even when you aren't using the phone, this might be why.

I'll see what happens... If anything i'll Change the Refresh interval to 3 hours instead of 1
