cm7.1 Inc2 how-to

Is there a guide somewhere on how I could move my Inc2 from stock 2.3.4 up to CM7.1?

Currently stock, not rooted.

If you are not rooted and running 2.3.4 you are S.O.L. at this point. There currently is no root options for 2.3.4 so you will not be able to get CM7.1.

Not sure how well this works or your level of using these tools, but there is a thread at XDA about downgrading your boot loader to be able to gain s-off and root.
