CM7 doesnt work upon reboot?

So when I install CM7.0.3.1 it goes fine, I install the apps and what not that I want...google ones and the rest via titanium and then when I go to reboot after backing up the damned rom just gets stuck at the CM circular arrow screen. What do I do?!

Are you just installing your user apps + data with Titanium or everything you have on Titanium? Trying to install system apps from other roms will put it in a bootloop.
