CNBC App not compatible with your device

Why would the CNBC App work on my Nexus 4 but show as not compatible with the Nexus 7 when I go to the Play Store?

It may not be a tablet optimized app.

Edit: It most likely isn't. I checked on my Galaxy Tab 2, and it isn't compatible.
